While it's always nice to see older series receive attention, I'm not convinced that Blu-Ray will make a big difference for the series. It wasn't designed for high-definition viewing, so all we may end up seeing are more of the little errors that get missed in SD, like paint screw-ups, photocopy errors and little bits of dust trapped on the camera lens.
