LOL, it wasn't that rare for me to find personally. Yahoo Japan Auctions is like a goldmine for my anime CD searches and installing the Japanese language onto the PC also came in handy. I remember searching around over 50 pages and varying the search words for Scramble Wars' Doki! Doki! Paradise album before I even knew about Yahoo Japan Auctions. I was lucky to come across a page that had it's english title linked to it's original Japanese title in the search engine on Yahoo Japan Auctions, so all I had to was click it and all these Scramble Wars items popped up XD.

I've managed to get all three Scramble Wars CD's from there and those looking for anything related to Scramble Wars....I'm telling you Yahoo Japan Auctions is your friend, there's an auction currently running for another copy of the Scramble Wars Laserdisc over there. You'll also find the original Japanese VHS releases and the soundtrack for the OVA, its drama CD and Doki! Doki! Paradise vocal album. The only drawback is that A LOT of sellers there don't want to ship internationally.
