I noticed a news posting about this over at AnimeonDVD;
The basic specs are listed below. There's been no mention of what audio and subtitle tracks will be included, nor anything related to the extras.
Release Date: 11/21/2008
Price: 21000 Yen
Runtime: 333 Minutes (Note: the R1 Remastered DVD set had a runtime of 453 minutes)
Audio: Dolby TrueHD (Stereo)
Video: AVC (4:3 1080P)
Discs: 2X BD50 (Dual-Layer)

So, what do you guys think?
Is it great to see BGC is one of the first "classic" anime series to be released on a hi-def format? Or maybe you see no benefit to BGC being released on this format? Let's hear it.
