Well as my English buddies know there is basicly no anime on TV in England even with Sky Digital. Well today i done some research and found out there is some anime starting.
Rapture channel 193 on sky shows Full Metal Alchemist on Tuesdays at 8:30pm and Sundays at 8:00pm.
Mezzo DSA is shown on Thursdays and Sundays at 8:30pm.
Since 22nd July Jetix channel 609 has started showing Naruto every night at 8:00pm omg its only Naruto but its a start =D
Film Four channel 315 became free to Sky, Cable and Freeview on 23rd July and has started showing quite a few Asian films on 6th August they will be showing Princess Mononoke at 4:30pm.

Every morning for work, I'd manage to catch either Excel Saga, Neon Genesis Evangeleon or Bubble Gum Crisis 2040... Ok so these were on at 5.30am, but it was a start, but now none of them are on...
Excel Saga and NGE don't bother me 'cos I have the series on dvd... But something else would be nice.
I think I'm gonna write to a channel asking for GitS:SAC 2nd gig or something...
I think Rapture has something with ADV UK so we might see alot more stuff and some movies. Yeah i remember those programs i used to watch them along with 4am Outlaw Star on Toonami. I still want to buy the Outlaw Star box set its basicly what started me on proper anime.

Didn't CowBoy Bebop used to be on Toonami back when it was called CNX?
AGH! I need to get that series too...

To be honest with ya, I've never watched it... But I have some of the mangas, and I've heard the anime is way better than them, so it's worth a look!
oooh i feel old, haha. yeah, CB used to be on adult swim along with some trigun and witch hunter robin i think? augh, soooo good! definitely worth taking the time to watch and the money to buy. animation is super sweet and the music kicks ass. XD
Cowboy Bebop are on Adult Swim still, I miss Trigun and Witch Hunter though.

You guys are lucky. Adult Swim here doesn't air anime. Toonami is the only CN slot for anime: Pokemon, Gundam Seed Destiny and DICE. All pretty sucky.

Not like it matters all that much, most shows that air on adult swim spread themselves out all over differen channels over here, that's all I know.
Yes, Naruto is on Jetix and I actually decided to check the dubbing out, it was amazingly horrible... like wtf?
Bebop used to be on CNX, but that series never interested me whatsoever and I don't have any plans to even try out on episode. =/
Who said there was no anime here whatsoever, Chimaster xDD? There's been quite a few around on television, but the dubbing bothers me... some are actually okay, but ever since I heard what they did to Cardcaptors, it's a turn off for me.
Purchasing anime in the shops is a different story, since that depends where you live in England.
