Anyone else been watching this series?

Normally I dislike anime with an episode number over 50, but I find myself watching it. It's like DBZ on crack, with (slightly)better acting.

I've heard alot about it, but I havent seen it. After marathoning Gundam Seed and Seed Destiny and now Zeta Gundam, I'm gonna stick with series that play in the 26 range or less.

I've been watching Bleach since Novemeber of 04 when it first appeared on fan-sub. I've been a huge fan of the series ever since then. While I do have to agree though that Bleach is just DBZ on crack, with a slightly better acting and I'll like to add it also had a better plot, if you watch the recent episodes, then you just saw a pretty awesome plot twist.

Bleach is pretty entertaining and the general anime fan will enjoy it when they watch it. It's not a hard anime series for a person to like. Of course, it's quite popular at this point trying to change Naruto's popularity at this point and easily catching up due to Naruto fiiller saga, which just doesn't seem any closer to ending than when it start months ago.

Anyway, people should check out Bleach. It's quite good.

I must admit, I was keen on this series at the beginning but somehow I started getting tired with it and eventually gave up on the series, it was most probably because I was watching way too many different anime series at the time to stay focused on one. I loved the 1st ending theme for it though.

I was reading the manga translated by some fansub, I liked it at the beginning until the similarities with DB started to pop up, I still read it when there's nothing to do though

Ever since it came out. Has some similarities to DBZ indeed ("Noes, you are more powerful now, but now I gain a more powerful reiatsu! Ha now I'm winning!" "Noez!!! but i got Bankai! Now I'm more powerful" "New reiatsu!" etc) and a good share of fillers, but still enjoyable.

Yup. Season 2 was a drag was I found a loot of it was filler.

And I thought I had every thing worked out with Urichimaru until episode 54.

Better story than DBZ.

I found the series to be a modern version of Yu Yu Hakusho.

hm, i'm not for the anime, though. I like the manga. The anime sometimes gets me mad. And i like the line art in the manga better =x

A lot of japanese action adventure games are cookie-cutter, and quite boring I've found. The bleach one is absolutely no exception. really disappointing (well not really, I expected it, but the opening screen animation was so cool!)
