That brings me to another question. Is it possible for a flame haze to stop becoming one and return back to being a normal human being? I'm under the impression that once they become one, they stay as that forever unless they are killed by a Tomogara or killing themselves.

It's been ages since I last watched season 1 but I remember there was one episode where we see Alastor's previous flame haze partner leaving or sacrificing herself for some cause or something.

Also, just finished watching episode 9 and this is probably the most interesting episode by far. The action and story seems to be picked up now.

I feel really sad that Yuri got killed. He became a flame haze just because he wanted to save and protect people which isn't really a flame haze's goal. The fuzetsu Yuji casted at the end which contained the silver colour definitely adds to the speculation the Silver Margery is looking for is probably inside Yuji and if that's the case, man is it going to be an interesting on the conflict between her and Shana on what to do.

I suspect Margery will have no hesitation in eliminating Yuji to get her revenge on the Silver seeing how she didn't hesitate to sacrifice Yuri when he got in the way between her and Sydonay.
