Not exactly my style, but my kids would probably like it. My daughter loves to draw Chibi Naruto characters. :/

Very nice, but Naruto is not my cup of tea, so many OCs running around with the characters. fan art is fine and an OC is fine but having them go with a relation ship with the original character is just showing a little too much fandom especially when writing a relationship with your OC with the show characters
