Ah, Furi Kuri!
It's an alright anime, it's a bit out there and has a lot of style to it. It's one of those experimental animes that Gainax releases every so often. It's quirky and strange and has a lot of outrageous humour in it, though it somehow keeps itself a little more grounded than, say, Excel Saga. Oh, and welcome to C3F

Just finished watching it tonight. Strange and unusual, definitely different and overall pretty damn good. Rocking soundtrack as well. Worth adding to your collection.
