GITS has to become live-action. I've waited for this, it's only a matter of time.

I like the idea of it becoming a movie, and the only thing i suggest about the tachikomas is to take out those annoying whinny voices other then that I would expect to see them play a powerful roll during the heavier action parts

i hope it goes well, would be interesting to see but then again too manys sound good but fall apart in live action due to craminh too much info or toobig a story line into a movie. i wait with finger crossed

They screened GITS and Akira in bits and pieces to the producer and board at the production company to give them an idea. The matrix played on the one huge idea that everybody had and whether or not the Watchowskis can be seen as Genius twins for playing on that is still open to opinion I guess. I think the matrix is shit personally. I hated all the movies.
