Welcome to The Anime Crisis Center Community Forums, also known as C3F. We hope you enjoy this place but before you start posting, it would be wise to read the forum guidelines written in this thread.

General Rules

• No spamming of discussion threads.
  
• No flaming, insulting, or inciting other members/countries to war.
  
• Any thread of a serious nature that will encourage debate must be posted in the Serious Discussion forum and nowhere else. Any threads relating to anime, manga, games and music that will encourage debate can still be posted in their respective forum sections.
  
• Don't attempt to wind up the mods, for they have short tempers, fiery breath, and a penchant for fresh flambé meat.
  
• One account per member.
  
• No avatar or signature theft from other members, whether it is from this forum or another, unless given express written permission and signed over copyright ownership.
  
• Self promotion is not allowed. If you want to promote your web site, etc, keep it in your signature. Accounts created purely to promote other websites or services will be banned.
  
• Linking to external web sites that contain illegal material and discussing where to obtain illegal material such as illegal mp3s, warez, etc, is strictly prohibited.
  
• We do not employ censors to stop profanity. You are allowed to swear but use common sense. Any member found abusing this freedom will be banned.
  
• No defamatory, discriminatory or illegal material.
  
• No real porn may be be posted or used in avatars/signatures. Hentai and other drawn erotica is acceptable as long as there is a warning given in the post. Loli, shota and other similar images (underage children in sexual situations) are also prohibited. If it isn't legal to view in your area, don't post it.
  
• While we do respect and celebrate the variety of languages our world has to offer, this forum is still an English speaking based community so for the benefit of our community we ask that you post your messages in English.
  
• Only Moderators may moderate, if you are a regular member, we advise that you report a post rather than telling off a user yourself.
  

Avatar guidelines

• The maximum dimensions for your avatars is 180x180 with a maximum filesize of 40kb.
  
• Keep your avatar clean of any hentai imagery; of course panty shots are allowed
  

Signature guidelines

• You are only allowed ONE (1) signature image. The maximum dimensions for your signature image should be 530x150 with a maximum filesize of 80kb.
  
• Keep your signature clean of any hentai imagery. Some people may not want to see Japanese schoolgirls being raped by many many tentacles.
  

Penalties

• Under normal circumstances, the moderators will give a member 2 warnings before they are banned temporarily, or permanantly if necessary. However for some situations the moderators may ban either temporarily or permanantly on the first offence.
  
• Skating the line with the rules too often may also lead to a 3 day temporary ban.
  
• Please do not create a new account if you have been banned. Doing so will result in the new account being banned too.
  

Misc.

• Don't feed the weasel. He bites.
