As Kraftwerk have returned from their self-chosen inactivity I too am somehow feeling retro and say Kraftwerk - Der Telefon-Anruf (The Telephone Call)
25 October 2006, 11:59 PM
I particularly like tour de france my self. Kraftwerk is just one of those old electronic groups that's just loveable however you look at it. Heavy on melody, light on fluff. The way it should be.
Ive been listening to generic ambient/chillout music from a internet radio station =D

I'm trying to figure out the woman behind the voice on Burning Highway from the original bgc ova. She's got this powerful voice that just reverberates in this absolutely awesome way.
27 October 2006, 10:09 AM
That would be Yuiko Tsubokura who sings many of the original BGC songs from OVA's 4 and 5. And no, she wasn't a VA for any of the Knight Sabers. I'm not certain if she did any VA work at all... :/

You know, if you played vin diesel's crap fest of a movie triple x and The Rolling Stone's Paint it Black, they match up pretty well. I was riding in a helicopter the other day and they had a bunch of vietnam era music blasting out of the stereo (you know its loud when you hear it over the helicopter itself). It pissed me off because they were playing music that wasn't "ours." It was made a full generation before ours, you'd think they 'd get a clue and play some fairly rescent stuff.

Digging the grave, I got it made...
Some of their guitaring is really good IMO, plus music for me goes far beyond lyrics.

Bass on most of their songs is awesome as well. It's been a long time since I listed to them but I was really impressed with their style at the time.

Actually, I've been listening to 'How Do You Do!' by Roxette a lot lately. Ever since I found their CD hidden away in a drawer at my house.
Snow Patrol- Chasing Cars.
I can't seem to stop listening to it. I don't know if it's the tempo or the lyrics, but something about it is speaking to me right now that I have it on constant replay. Good song.
Right now, Stone Temple Pilots

I've listened to it 27 times in the last 24 hours.
4 December 2006, 12:27 PM
Ooo 1.125 times a hour =P
I still listen to generic ambient/chillout/down-tempo/rock XD
12 December 2006, 8:00 AM
I've listened to it about 80 times in the past week (I added about 9 days ago too), and the most played song I have on my iPod has been played 97 times, but that's been since May.
12 December 2006, 10:22 AM
I have a bunch of taste in music. As far as a favorite song, they switch weekly. Usually switch Weekly...sometimes I can love a song for longer then a week or even less then a week. So at the moment one of my favorite songs is Ultrasonic Sound by: Hive. It's a cool Bass n' Drum song from the Matrix soundtrack. It's funny cause I'll probably post here a week later with a completely different song from like, the heavy metal genre or something. I love all genres except for Country and most rap.
12 December 2006, 1:32 PM
Of course it should be...
...Eye of the Tiger...
QUESTIONS TO PONDER:
1) Are we really who we think we are?
2) Is time really constant?
3) Is death really the end?
4) Can I kill you?

(Frankly though that list I look through is not honest enough.)
I like listening to "Julie Don't Live Here" by Electric Light Orchestra
"Weapon of Choice" by Fatboy Slim
I can put down the most frequent, but I must say that my favourite song is by Glen Miller "In The Mood" really old classic Big Band stuff.

I've found myself listening to the Back to the Future main theme a lot recently. Don't know why. Maybe its because of this:

yeah... if u like Nelly Furtado , there is a compilation series you should check out called "Euro Club Hits" --
it's pretty clear that dance music is coming back around the world -- just check the recent big American hip-hop and R&B hits which are clear rip-offs of the european dance style.....
here's the direct iTunes link to the "Euro Club Hits" series.....
