Wow the fishing is cool much better with the ability to go out in a canoe. Im asuming he was using the Wii tilt/laser thing to fish which makes it even cooler =P I wonder if you can do anything strange like in Ocarina of Time you could fish the guys hair piece and then fish with it.

Yeah it's all Wiimote controlled.
And for the record, the Wiimote uses motion sensors to judge movement, accelarometers to judge speed and another unknown method which involves the sensor bar to judge depth. The Nunchaku attachment only has accelarometers and a motion sensor.
