Hiya All
Forgive the topic title its probably been done to death but what the hey!
My Real names rob and I am in the most exiting career known to man I am a <mumble>Security Guard<mumble> for a medical firm.
Im also a bassist in a band at the moment doing mainly rock/thrash but I do force the occasional J-Rock cover in or Auschwitz cover as they are just awesome!
I first got into anime when I was real young I don't think I really knew it was anime tho. But we had this video van that came around once a week and he had a few of the older robot video's Mazinger Z, Star Vengers, Space Dragon all sorts of stuff (Transformers aswell but that goes without mentioning) I ending renting the videos that often my mam just bought them off him for me!
After that I ending up buying the collected BGC (the ones on the pink tape) about 10 years ago and its gone from there. I am probably your stereotypical male anime watcher I love anything with giant robots, Martial Artists or a cyberpunk theme. Im not a big fan of stuff like love hina or death note (Althought Ryuk is cool)
Anyway thats my anime history in a nutshell I hope to see you guys on the boards.
