They look more human-like, they don't have a thin hip and waist or a wide chest like in the series.

I think the evas look a little less like they'd break under their own weight. The animation is very sweet, but I'm still not persuaded to watch this series again.

I don't really know, but looking at the trailer again, when the eva walked through the massive flames, it kinda looked like the one that was built with the nuclear reactor inside ... don't really know.
