Being a poor undergraduate uni student I am, I haven't been able to go overseas more than once. The only time I did was a 3 month holiday trip back in late December 2002 to February 2003 with my mom and my two sisters to my home country for Chinese New Year celebrations with a lot of my relatives. (who hadn't seen me since I was 4 years old after moving to Australia)
As you would know, studying Japanese back at school certainly made me interested in going there for the school trips but I never did due to the budget. I had always thought I'd want to go to Japan due to my high level of interest in Japanese culture and anime but now there's a country I want to visit more so than Japan!
Hong Kong! XD. That's right, Hong Kong. Maybe it's because I've started re-watching a lot of Hong Kong TVB drama series that sparked this but I grew up watching quite a lot of Hong Kong drama series from both modern and ancient eras when I was young and then stopped when I was in my VCE years.
The one thing that always fascinated me of Hong Kong society is the food stalls there'd be on the streets where the sellers would always pack up quickly and run away with it whenever the police officers arrived. I saw quite a few of those scenarios in many of the Hong Kong series I watched when I was younger, it always made me laugh lol.
I really do hope I get to travel there in the future although it seems they're sacrificing a lot of their culture for modern stuff like building a shopping mall over the food market in the streets. Speaking of which, I really should start learning how to speak Cantonese more lol. I remember I used to speak in Cantonese as a child whenever I talked to my mom but stopped when I was around 6 or 7 years old.

Want to visit Japan, to visit my friend Yoko in Osaka and to visit Tokyo i would also love to go to new york again but cant either at the minute
Japan, Australia, and England are three places I want to visit eventually in my life. I'll probably have an opportunity in college to visit one of them, the problem is choosing which one. I know my Information Systems courses has a program specifically for that in London, and if I take Japanese which I probably will start my second year I'll be able to go there, but its tough to decide.
The U.S. of A. , since I have lots of relatives there. They do come here and visit us sometimes, but my aunt and one of my cousins can't travel 'coz my cousin is autistic, and my aunt has to take care of him ^.^
Japan: Probably Akihabara, just to check out the techie stuff.
Any place that has a panda: I want to see a panda!!!
~ You're gonna die screaming but you won't be heard. ~
I've done a little travelling overseas but since uni, I just don't have the money at the moment. My list of places to go is still pretty long.
Japan. What self-respecting anime fan *doesn't* want to go once? Hong Kong, because several of my friends from high school were from Hong Kong and I want to see the places they told me about. The USA, of course, New Zealand and the Netherlands are also on my list, since I've got relatives there I want to visit. And I want to go back to the Republic of Ireland since I liked all of my previous visits there.
Just because it's in the thesaurus doesn't mean it's a good idea.
And why isn't 'dethesaurisation' in the dictionary?
Places I've been:
USA (cuz I live here)
Canada
Puerto Rico
St. Croix
Japan (Tokyo/Akihabara)
Thailand
UK
Germany
Places I still want to go:
China
Australia
France
Brazil
Argentina
Hawaii
Japan (More than just Tokyo)
Not that I'm too poor, but I'm too cheap and if I wait long enough my job will probably send me to most of those places anyway. :P

You know what would be funny? If Australians went to China to see if the people really built the Great Wall to "keep the rabbits out" XD. Most of you guys wouldn't know what I'm talking about but it's one line that's made semi-famous from an internet service ad shown quite a lot in Australia.

Your in luck Lynk. Go to New York State and you can see not only the Nintendo Store in the City but go upstate a couple of hours and you can see some mooses too!
(I've seen both in NYS, btw )

Kyoto Hawky?
I dont want to go places that much maybe my friends house further up England XD
Maybe the temples and stuff in Japan would be alright to go see XD
You guys definitely need to make a trip up here, the mountains just in Iwakuni are absolutely breathtaking, and today was the first day in a while I think I actually became sad that I was leaving. I'd really like to visit China, mainly because I've seen most parts of Asia, and it'd be nice to get a dose of another culture up here. If you look at Analog's list, I've pretty much been to most of those places except Argentina so I've pretty much filled my pallet in the sense that I've seen all I think I can on this side of the world.
I encourage everyone to visit Japan, Australia, and Korea if you can, they're all educational and life changing experiences.

Been to the USA, Live in England at the moment, used to live in Australia.
Like to visit Japan definitely, various European Countries,New Zealand.
One place I want to visit in the very near future and will,is Slovakia. 80% of the country is a national park, it has castles, crystal clear lakes, mountains and forests. For some one like me who loves all those things and landscape photography it would be an ideal trip

I'd love to go to Japan. Scotland is the other big place on my list because my ancestors are from there.
New Zealand is the most beautiful place I have been...

Come to Scotland, Prime! Beautiful rolling hills, wailing bagpipes and wild haggis a-roamin' glen and burn. And only a handful of the accents are truly indecipherable...
