I'm not really sure, but I'm pretty confident alot of you know about the millitary's immunization system. You get shots so you don't get sick. Well, when you get the amount of shots I did you'd feel pretty bad. You see the USMC is pretty much the only branch of service that hasn't completely digitized an entire shot record. Paper records are bad in that: 1-they can get lost easily, and 2-they burn even easier. So when my record turned up at the suppository slightly charred I was a little annoyed to find out that I'd have to get close to 11 different shots over again. Here's a list and their side effects:

and there are about 6 other shots with names I can't remember.

I was promised that these shots would definitely make me sick, and guess what... They are! I'm throwing up, passing out, and throwing up some more. Problem is, these multi milion dollar aircraft don't rest for anyone, so im still working full time. HELP ME!

If anyone has any idea of what I can do to occupy my time and take my mind off this horrible sickness, or perhaps have a miracle cure then I'd love to hear it.

That sounds awful. I'm pretty much helpless when I'm sick, so I doubt I'll be very helpful. I just try to drink alot of "light drinks" (like gatorade, water, ginger ale) and not think about it.

I hope you feel better soon, how long does that stuff usually affect people? I'd think it wouldn't be much longer than a day (maybe 2).

Only thing I can say is too keep your body level of Vit's up, Drink plently of OJ or other fruit drinks to keep hydrated. Plently of all the good stuff, and when you got some time, Lay up for an hour....

To keep yourself occupied: Watch Star Wars. What I always do when I feel sick. Well, I guess that's what I always do even when I'm not sick. But if you're not interested in Star Wars, then substitute it for whatever kind of movies you are interested in. Watching movies is what I do when I get sick to occupy my time

Hawkeye's got it pretty much. Try the standard flu/cold remedy: plenty of fluids, fruit juice and water are good, eat lightly, fruit and veg are nice and simple, get as much sleep or horizontal time as you can (probably not easy in your line of work, but as Tesco keep teeling me, "every little helps") As for occupation, anime is your friend. Maybe.

Lots of OJ (if they have it handy over there) and I always watched Nausicaa when I was sick as a kid. It's a sort of make you feel bad then warm your heart sort of movie anyway, so it helped at the time. XP
