Pokemon FireRed

I went to buy a second hand copy today, walked out of the store with it and put it into my GBmicro... it wouldn't start up. Took it out, checked the connectors, everything was perfectly clean. Tapped it a little to get any unseen dirt out and put it back in. Started it up, wouldn't load. Turned it off and then back on and then it finally started. Everything was looking fine, I looked through the save file left on the cart and it froze. Turned it off, turned it back on, it froze at the GBA start up screen with the word "Nintendo" glitched out.

That confirmed it right there, the bastard who had the game had taken a gameshark to it. The problem with Pokemon games, especially the new ones is that it's easy to corrupt the data on them with a gameshark. It's purposely made like that cause GameFreaks don't want you to cheat. The thing is, you can't garantee that the glitches won't continue even if you start a new game file.

10 minutes after buying it, I took it back and got a refund.

Second try. I went back to Games Rush to buy the game... You see there were actually two carts of FireRed there, one that was inside of a box with a manual and all, and another one that didn't have a box (we're talking second hand here). The one with the box cost 30 bucks, the one with the cart alone cost 20... anywayz, I got the guy to give me the box, instruction manual and all along with the lone cart... but he kept the price at 20 bucks lol, I just saved myself 10 bucks XD

Not all games have been released yet though Scar. New games get released every Friday for Europe and Australia and everyon Monday for the US... and only around 3 - 4 games get released at one time.

If every game was already availabe I would've spent thousands upon thousands of dollars by now.

I played LeafGreen and it was excellent, its basically the exact same game except there is more content after you beat the Elite Four, like Johto Pokemon catchable as well as 7 new island areas.

How is Blackout? I hear that he has some sort of "gimmick" that makes his propeller blades rotate.

Wanna know something funny about Deluxe Scorponok? He also has a "gimmick" (or however it's spelled) that makes his claws rotate when you rotate some external gears while in his alt mode. When he is in robot mode, the "gimmick" works when you rotate the gears, but the gears are located on Scorponok's crotch in robot mode. So, as a youtube action figure reviewer said, you have to, "stroke his crotch" to make the "gimmick" work.
