You've made a thread, but you haven't given any direction at all as to what we can do... or asked members for opinions... at least not very clearly.

Now on my end, you'd be surprised to hear this but traffic has been going up, not down. People come to the site, but we have to give them a reason to join the forum and to stick around long enough to get hooked on this place... so, how can this be done? *looks around*
