Weyhey, [link=http://bgcc.thecrisiscenter.net/]The Bubblegum Crisis Center[/link] has a new look! I've renewed my interest in trying to get BGCC updated because of the Australian release of AD Police TV and the original Bubblegum Crisis, due out in August and October respectively. Our release of the BGC OVA is a pretty big thing for us down here since Madman Entertainment originally released it on VHS 10 years ago. October is their 10th anniversary and they're celebrating by releasing Bubblegum Crisis on DVD complete with a special interview with Madman founder, Tim Anderson, included in the extras.

A very important note though, I've only just begun converting BGCC over to the new design and system. It'll take awhile so 99.9% of BGCC is currently down. Don't worry though I'll have it all back up in a day or two.

I think the new look is just great, especially the concept drawings in the background I´m also somehow still hoping that the guys at ADV extract their heads from their butts so that the Tokyo 2041-Section can some day be filled with content. A new release would surely help in boosting the interest for BGC once again.

I actually thought I'd get more of a response than this...

I wanted to wait until the links don't lead me to 403 forbidden pages
but for some reason I don't like it, the concept idea is nice, but......dunno, perhaps is too blue for my taste and I'm missing the red touches or the whole empty space at the bottom of the page is bothering me, I'know you are thinking in 800x600 users, but at least make it like CAS

Yeah, I realised that, but I made it this way cause I got so sick of working in such a dark environment the last design had. The best thing about this design though is that once it initially caches the template images it loads lightning fast.

But yeah, I do miss the red, though we get enough of that here in BGCC lol and while it is Blue and white like CAS, it's still very different... Don't worry though, I'm sure I can find a way to get some red into the design

I might kick start my interest in BGC series. I watched the OVA, Crash, 2040 and AD Police TV, so I've watched a lot of series from BGC oppose to when I first joined when I only watched 2040 and a few months later, AD Police TV.

Looks like an interesting start. I still visit from time to time. I even just discovered the fanfics. (OK, just avoided them in the past.) I do hope 2041 gets going some day. Gives me something more to enjoy. BGC has been in my top ten list for years and I still watch it from time to time. The Crisiscenter is still a favorite pace to stop to see if something new is around.

Hey comstar, welcome to C3F... and lol I only have 2 fanfics up at the moment... the first two on the list XD I still have to get the others up *sighs* those take ages since I've been cleaning the code up, etc...

And don't worry, I'm trying to get BGCC back in business and not let it just sit there for almost 2 years like I was doing to it before lol.
