The one cosplaying Priss in the red jacket is I think Rach, an old C3F forum member. The one cosplaying in the soft-suit is maybe Carrie? I'm not sure.

I don't think they will. Rach was practically inactive for months before C3F was closed and Carrie felt scared away after a discussion about her radical language and originality views (which originated from the unstoppable sub/dub discussion).
