Okay this isn't about the website, more about when you bump into someone you knew but lost track with.....

well today I received a Chistmas card from the grandmother of a friend, the last time I really saw him I was about four I had met up once when I was ten when we met up in a park by chance. I surpised to learn he a Member of the Para's.... Dear god.....

another time was in the last weeks of College I kept seeing this person around the grounds and I was sure I knew him but really never had a chance to talk to him apart from my third to last day at College, I walked up to him as asked if his name was Adam Sutton, he nodded but he didn't remember me.

Wow, I'm glad that you brought this up because I went through a similar experience recently.

I used to live in Palo Alto, CA. I haven't been there in 9 years. I decided to visit my old house and I actually ran into the father of one of my oldest friends. It was good to talk with him again. Now, I never see my friend.

Your friend, Adam, might remember you if you give him time to think about it.

I've lost touch with so many friends over the years. The main fault of either me moving or them moving. It's great when you're somehow reunited though.

One of my current best friends I lost track of for about 5-6yrs. We were friends in middle school but she moved freshman year of high school and we lost track of each other around our junior years. About 2 years ago though, she called me out of the blue after finding my parents number in an old shoebox who then gave her my number. We've been best buddies ever since. It was one of those things where we couldn't remember why we stopped speaking to each other, and picked right back up where we left off like no time had passed at all.

And in college I ran into an old friend/crush from high school who also moved away at some point so I lost track of him. I ended up becoming great friends with his wife (then girlfriend) so I still keep in touch with him too.

As for old friends, it's really weird that whenever I go to a new school, I find someone there that is somehow related to someone I knew from my old school. The lastest weirdness is that in my current school, my boyfriend's bestfriend happens to be the cousin of my bestfriend in the college I went to before. I keep in touch with my friends from highschool and college through Friendster and Windows Live, especially the ones that are outside the country.
