No offence Lynk but 2 supermods! I can understand this place is still small compared to many forums but eventually the C3F will be more active so why not get a few normal mods to do general patrol work around the forum

No offence to anyone here, but I don't think any of you know what you're talking about since none of you have the information I have.

We have 1 admin, 2 supermods. Yes, Blue isn't around right now cause she has no internet, but darky is around quite often and does his job when he needs to. I am also around quite a lot and just cause it says I'm an admin doesn't mean I don't have the same powers as a supermod, in fact, I can do more than a supermod.

So you have two people who are ensuring that this place isn't flooded by spammers and morons. Now, why supermods? Well why not? Why do I need to assign a number of individual mods to specific forums when I could do it easily with a supermod who can cover every forum at once? Why do I need a regular mod at all? This place is still very small.

Also, do you see any trolls and uber spam threads? Yes, over this long period of time this place has come back online we've seen a few spambots and spam threads, but those were closed/deleted quickly.

The best kind of forums are the forums where you don't even realise you have mods who are protecting the place. This place is running like clockwork, and if needed in the future, the number of supermods may grow. But at this point I have not found any reason to have regular mods for the reasons stated already.

I honestly can't believe that people are seriously questioning how this place works.

Seriously, they adhere to 'ze FAQs, which is not bad. But like Javer said, she wasn't really violating any of the rules so... probably because of some of Kiai's choice of words. I don't know because I'm not a mod, and although I've been "reprimanded" by them, I have never been banned.
