Jack Monroe - An Ex-U.S. military assassin part of an experimental operation, he was quickly thrown out due to the failure of the operation and the end result of the Assassin boomers going mad before hitting their target. He successfully disabled them, but he was also one of two human survivors. Taking his only weapon, an MP7, he strayed from america to Japan, looking for a job that would fit his profession. He was quickly accepted as a hired mercenary for the AD police. Although he knows very little about the knight sabers, his belief in "honor" gives him a great respect for the knight sabers and what they do, despite the fact that they are Boomers themselves. He also has a thing for the mechanics that fix up the Knight Sabers.
Tough as nails, Jack monroe is a tall man, he looks much like Leon, except he has a slight beard from not shaving, and he always wears a set of Black tinted goggles and a black Beret. He also wears a camo uniform with black steel toed boots and a belt with assorted equipment.
Working with his friend Ricker Jennings, he operates an anti-boomer control station near the ADP headquarters. His life isn't much beyond changing shifts and handling an anti-tank sniper rifle, but when he is off duty, he spends mot of his time hanging around the Knight sabers, examining them secretly. He doesn't let anybody know about his past either, for reasons involving his own personal honor.
Ricker Jennings - Jack Monroe's spotter, he is also the ammo-man for him. The large .70 cal bullets come in boxes of five, and it's his job to carry the boxes. Despite the fact that Jack has such a blurry past, Ricker shows almost no interest in it, or Jack for that matter. All he really cares about is winning the bets with the other snipers concerning who is a better sniper. Ricker's interest is also more around K-suit pilots being as they handle superior weaponry compared to his measly little MP7.
Like his buddy, he wears almost matching clothes, however he isn't as strong, and he wears a camo hat instead. He has blonde hair and a face that could dazzle any woman...or so he says...
