Veteran of the Polar war, Vance has seen his share of voomer related combat. He has been given field command of 1st Taskforce Warrior. The British and joint European led force of UN peacekeepers.
Vance was wounded during the 3rd battle of the Polar Wars and because of this he has a cybernetic eye. It was during this battle as a young 2nd Lt his unit was caught in an ambush by Boomer forces of the Noobiskan Republic he has been left for dead, If it wasn’t for unit of SU-33 boomers making up a Generals entire aide staff that found him, he would dead.
He a level headed guy led by more of his guts then any rule book, will lead his men into combat with himself in the lead rather then commanding them from behind.
