Sure, need names, ages, place of birth, manerisms, social security numbers and fake id's. Also, their ambitions and ideas for future references of these characters. do you want these to be filler characters or regularly used? Make them unique but not so much so that they're impossible to fit into another story arc. Other then that, go ahead, I'll be posting this fiction on fanfiction.net in about a week. Well the first chapter at least.
