Disable that link right this second! Attached in some cases is a cookie that leads to a browser highjacker, as well as some other weird malicious spyware. My firewall and virus alert went crazy a minute after I cought the link. Scar, run some sort of spyware and virus sweeper and delete all malicious content, that could be the reason for your continued 403 errors.
