It called scratchboar, and yes it is basicly copied. You draw on top of the board leaving the marks of the picture, then with a knife you scrape it out. Not easy.. and sometimes annoying... its a different type of art. You cant really get creative with it. (and sorry I shoudn't of put it under fan art)
