I have never bought a EA game in my entire life so this really doesn't make any difference to me personally... but it's interesting that EA is dedicating an entire team to convert games into Wii variants lol.

And then there's this from Microsoft concerning the EA announcement...
Xbox Platform Strategy Group team member and former Xbox Live director Andre Vrignaud Wrote:“It also shows a strong level of industry support for the direction Nintendo has taken with lower-cost hardware and their unique control scheme. I’m actually a big fan of the Wii (although I’ll add my voice to the chorus and state they should have stuck with Revolution for a name). My time with it at E3 showed a lot of potential for new game ideas and new ways to play.”

On the rumour front, Square Enix is rumoured to be bringing Dragon Quest IX to Wii. It may become a Wii exclusive if the other Dragon Quest games do well on Nintendo systems... if this is true then Nintendo will absolutely OWN Japan with Wii.
