I can't remember the name of the first anime I saw. I just remember this flying wing section from a mech attaching to a full body mech. The wing section would fly from a ramp into the air. Does anyone recognize this?

Grew up with Voltron and still have my Voltron with metal parts and shooting weapons. Smile

But what really got me into Anime was Vampire Hunter D, Dragon ball and Bubblegum Crisis OVA.
