I always thought Lucas would hold on to these and release them if he decided to go ahead with remaking the original trilogy. That way, nobody could complain. The diehard fans could have their untouched version and there'd be a brand spankin' new version for everyone to see and make him even more ridiculous amounts of money. Wink

Still, I guess I'll be getting these. I never seen any of the original versions in their entirety, but I'm sure I saw parts of them on TV before the Special Editions came out. It'll be nice to see the movies the way they were first made.
