I find out about alot of music like moelman does, recommendations are very important considering how bad the radio is here.

But I'll occasionally find something I like on my own, m.o.v.e. is a group like that. They did a few theme songs for Initial D, and I fell in love with their music. They blend alot of different genres together and it ends up sounding really nice.

Another group I recently found out about is Sonata Arctica... which oddly happened while I was searching CD Japan for some anime OST's. It's surprising how popular Progessive Metal is in Japan. EEK!
