Kimchi is actually just the treated vegetables. It's generally cabbage that's been kind of 'rotted' or allowed to 'mature' a little, but there's a heck of a lot spices added to it. We have like, five tubs of it at home cos my mother wanted some. And we had a friend who can make it so there's a tub that's like, half-way finished, one quarter-way finished, and three that are ready to eat. HOT STUFF.
