The Knight Wing
This version is quite different from the BGC OVA series and is very different in design.
Dimensions: Same as the DC-8 Super 70 jet airliner in terms of a delta-wing shape.
Cargo Capacity: Would be the same as DC-8 with conventional propulsion units in weight carrying capacity, but in this case, an additional 10 kgs is allowed due to unconventional propulsion units. As for Cargo item numbers - 16 motoroids or motoslaves(alone) or 8 motoroids and 8 large voomer drones or 6 compact motor vehicles(2 or 6 passengers) or 3 medium motor vehicle, 2 large motor vehicles(military AFVs or civil freight) or 7 motoroids and 9 small voomer drones or with 8 medium voomer plus 1 small voomer drones.
Propulsion: Based on a proposed idea reported in Popular Mechanics in the mid-60s of using electromagnetic grid to attract molecular air particles in the same principle as jet engines for airflow instead of turbines. Similar to plasma jet propulsion without the grid but with the heat of a normal jet unit. 5 units(one for V/STOL and rest for normal propulsion). Secondary propulsion system is based on a Tom Swift Jr. story 'The Race To The Moon'(not the later series in 1980s and 1990s) that uses the anti-gravity UFO theory for space propulsion and stealth flying(same number of propulsion units as first system).
Defensive/Offensive Weapon system: Offensive weapons used in the Knight Wing are based on FASA mecha miniature game system Battletech(six electromag. gauss types, nine laser types(3 small, 3 medium, & 3 Large), four particle beam types, and two rotating large smart-guided missile launchers. Knight Wing is capable of carrying a bomb load equal to a WWII B-24.
Defensive system consist of the usual ECM and ECCM suite carried by a 20th Century Military large jet aircraft for electronic warfare plus two exotic devices consisting of a electronic forcefield and EMP cannon.
Power Generators: Four nuclear reactors(one large size and three miniature size). The large sized reactor is a fusion design configuration and the smaller sized reactors are fission design using a new type of radioactive element described in the Tom Swift Jr. stories. The reactors are shielded by a radically exotic material also described in the Tom Swift Jr. stories.
Performance: service ceiling- 27 460 m, max. speed- Mach 10+ with anti-grav propulsion in the air and Mach 28+ for space travel; Mach 6+ with electromag. grid propulsion, max. range unlimited due to nuclear power generators.
Stealth System: Passive- special heat-proof composite exotic plastic compound molded with Gundamium(from the Gundam Wing Timeline) for greater durability and coated with the other material described in the Tom Swift Jr. stories. Active- first system uses Minovsky particles(from the Mobile Gundam UC timeline) and then later on, N-jammer technology from the Gundan Seed timeline; second system is an exotic device that cancel sonic footprints and masks airflow disturbance footprints.
Design configuration form: Delta Flying wing using isosceles triangle shape with no windshields.
Sensor suite System: Visual- Exotic Laser TV cameras and a special radar type sensor described in Marvel Comic timeline pertaining to Iron Man, Nonvisual- Laser radar and special rhodomagnetic technology sensors described in the Humanoids story series by Jack Williamson.
Crew Accomandation: Pilot and Co-pilot, Navigator/ECM & ECCM operator, Defensive/Offensive Weapon Operator, Aircraft Engineer (optional) plus 10 passengers, comfortablely; 16 passengers, if necessary.
