First anime I remember watching: "The Little Mermaid / Anderson Dowa: Ningyo Hime"

This was around the time Disney's Little Mermaid came out. Someone got this for my sister, we watched it once, I thought it was pretty darn scary, we hid it in the back of the tape drawer never to be watched again. (yes, I'm a wuss...)

Fast forward about 9(?) years... I'm sitting in a hotel room in Reno while my parents are out gambling. Stumbled upon Gundam Wing on Toonami while channel surfing, went out and bought the VHS tape when we got home. Been hooked ever since. Smile
