Marathons... I suppose it will be some time before I can find the calmness and relaxation again to do a marathon; right now I'm taking rather big breaks between episodes which has also to do with my girlfriend not being able to marathon together with me
It still works with pauses, though. The series doesn't lose as much power or impression as you'd expect it to, I easily find my way back in even after a week.
The "craziest" (well, not really) thing I did was selling my limited edition German Evangelion DVD box set just to get the other four volumes of BGC 2040. I was practically dying to watch the series to the end after I had watched volume 1 and 2 over and over. AND I'm still in debt to Blue for some RahXephon DVDs she sent me.

Quote:Let's see... probably the craziest thing I've done is drive 8 hours on a weekend to pick up the import LD of BGC6: Red Eyes back in '89 or '90. Not that extreme except we weren't going to a store... we went to the dealers house that he was having built at the time. We just couldn't wait for him to mail it to us. XPWow... talk about hardcore BGC! o.O
Quote:I get $60 each week from my mumYOU LUCKY BASTARD! How come I never got that much money from my parents? XD
Quote:2040 is good as its own series. But 2040 sucks as a Bubblegum Crisis series, it's as simple as that.I thought you thought that 2040 was on par with the OVA.
