Fate/Stay Night up to episode 11 at this point. I always prefer watching anime in bulk. Watching one episode at time kind makes you want watch the next episode badly and have to wait entire week for it. I have a couple of series that are doing that to me at this moment.

The samurai guy would be Assassin.

With little humour in the sense, it's nice to see they do it well and not over-kill it. Just wait until a couple of more episodes. You'll see a funny scene between Shirou and Saber.
