I really don't understand why they aren't doing that now.......maybe because doing that would make my DVD less attractive for licensing?
It would be better than making the media more flexable because the media needs to be designed and tested several times, and it needs to be homologated, then people needs to update their equipement for meet the new specs, you need a lot of money and time for that. Normally nobody would to that just for the anime market
