The HiME movie is a fake trailer, created as a joke, hence the date of 20006. But you can bet it'll be good, since it'll be 18,000 years in the making... 
As for ep 21...
Remember the cradle that Nagi spotted in the pics taken when Nina was found? That's the one that the princess was supposedly concealed in, so current speculation is that Nina is in fact the princess. But since the missing princess was named Mashiro, and the current 'Mashiro' was just a substitute, that would mean Nina is really named Mashiro...
Chie is definitely up to something. Evil Chie (through Shiho's eyes) looked so awesome. Also loved Tomoe's irritation when Chie overstepped her, literally, in talking to Wong at the end. Even when mud starts raining down, Chie can still act as laid back and cheerful as ever.
Yay, Mashiro grows up and takes responsibility for the very people that rejected her and murdered Aoi. Possibly. (Who was that in the hospital bed that Chie visited?) Mimi dies. Don't care. The Aswad-Windbloom alliance was kinda cool though. Although if Mashiro is only a stand-in (any similarities to Akira acting as Takumi's double?) then will she really be able to take back 'her' kingdom and give Aswad the technology they want?
But the Tomoe-Shizuru scene and the "yochi yochi yochi" [sic] has totally short-circuited my brain. The toys, the dummy, the diaper..... what the HELL?! That Tomoe's into some kinky kinky stuff..... fourteen year olds can be such perverts
