Actually I think I know what happened. Someone ordered a copy of the RahXephon script and had it delivered to their house. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, the person opened it and found another script instead... "Gundam Seed Destiny Drama Queens part 4.27"!!!!

In a related event, by the time Sunrise realized they had the wrong script, they were already 1/2 way done with the series. They decided to finish it anyway and just rename the thing to "Fafner" instead of wasting all that effort Wink
