I guess the regulars here will know I haven't been on the forum for a while now. I left a reason back in the "what anime you're watching" thread but it seems that I still haven't got the internet yet let alone signing up with a new ISP (currently typing this up at an internet cafe). Anyway, I'm currently getting my friend to build me a new computer since the one I use to use is slow as and was bought by my older sister back in 2001.

Time for a long overdue upgrade definitely with 500 GB HD, 4 gigs of RAM, capture card (I found a simple USB type at a computer store in the city a few days ago, about time to transfer that Scramble Wars LD to DVD), 22" LCD Samsung Monitor, etc. I haven't got all of those yet as I'm still saving up some money to get them but my friend is a computer expert who runs a computer store for his brother-in-law and has already started getting the parts for the tower.

I'm still trying to keep up with my anime fix on Shana II and Clannad but I'm relying on another friend to supply me the latest episodes from those two series. And yes, I'm still importing the Japanese DVD releases of Shana II. Recently got the second DVD volume a few weeks ago and plan to pre-order the third soon lol.

Was kinda surprised to see Hey darktruth, what happened? I thought we were all getting along so well, we have your soul, but it's no fun if your material body isn't here too. Come on back and have some fun with the rest of the members on C3F. on top of the board when I logged in, guess I did have some sort of major presence on this forum lol. Until I get the net back, which isn't my #1 priority at the moment, I'll mostly be lurking here using the internet cafe and maybe post if I have time.
