My Wii failed a while back and I almost used the warranty I bought from Best Buy but luckily I remembered that Nintendo will do it and I'll get my wii points I had spent back. So I sent it to them and they sent me a brand new one without any problems. Haven't had to experience Sony or MS's service yet luckily.
