You've obviously never dealt with Nintendo customer service before.

It doesn't matter what has happened to your console or even if it has passed its warranty... they'll fix it for ya, or replace it... even if it's because your dog chewed on it.

And you'll talk to someone within your own country, not some moron from India trying to put on your local accent XD I hate those guys.
