Customer service in general would be okay if they actually had people talking to you who knew anything. I'm sick and tired of the "Did you eject the cd? is it scratched? Did you restart your console?"
And why are all my calls directed to a customer service agent from India, Greater Asia, or Russia? Bleh. Customer service sucks period.
