I don't have anything to say about this since I already know how bad Sony are with their customers... not first hand, but I know enough pissed off people and have heard enough horror stories.

Sony products are good, as long as they don't break... and it's strange that so many seem to be breaking down. The PS3 failure rate was pretty good last I heard... I guess not *shrugs*

Either way Stick Out Tongue my Wii is still alive and well.
