And while I'm sure the more casual folks out there are loving the Petz series of games, I'd like to see Ubisoft tackle other kinds of games too instead of the really cheap kind.oh yeah lol I remember about that

The physics engine made by Krome won't be as robust as the DMM and euphoria but they've tried to imitate it as far as the Wii can handle.
Okay, now it's not LucasArts who is developing the version of TFU for Wii though, it's Krome Studios. Another thing you should note is that it's not so much a port as it is a... remake (don't know what else to call it) of the version that's coming out for the PS3 and 360, and obviously it doesn't feature any of the advanced physics that the other two version have. Also, you're overstating the exclusives the Wii version of TFU has. We're only talking about a few small things, something to try to sweeten the deal for Wii players.
Lynk Former Wrote:The entire reason LucasArts has gone ahead with a Wii port of TFU is because Wii is at the top of the charts at the moment and they know that they can attract at least SOME casual gamers to buy the game simply because it has STAR WARS printed on it. Otherwise, LucasArts understands that the "hardcore" gamer will flock to the versions that appear on the 360 and PS3.I know that Wii won't be their primary system, like with the hopefully upcoming KotOR it will probably be on xbox like the previous games, but I do still hope they make more games for it.
In the end, Wii will see other LucasArts owned properties, but don't expect LucasArts to embrace Wii for their core games. It's going to take other developers who use those licenses to do it, and that is the issue. As I said before, LucasArts view is that they can make best use out of the 360 and PS3 and that Wii really isn't their kind of system.

These days however, I do need to buy the other systems to play the games I want, and not all of them are on a Nintendo system. So you don't have friends anymore? XP
