That's another interesting point you made but it's weird that in most anime, the male character accidentally touches them or didn't really have any intention of doing so but still get walloped in the end. I think part of it has to do with culture.

Love Hina is a big example of the male protagonist constantly getting beat up by the girls even though 99% of those breast/perverted incidents are caused by accidents yet we still find it funny to see him cop the blow.
