I'll see if I can find the pic I have from Isuppli's breakdown of the price of PS3 parts. The Blu-ray drive is the biggest culprit at $125.00 (USD). Blu-ray might cost Sony this console generation due to jacking the price of the PS3 so much.

Where's the news story about FF going to 360? I have yet to see any and what I have seen are rumors. Best bet is 360 will get MGS4 rather than FF series. Doesn't Sony own around 10%-20% of Square-Enix stock? I also want to point out that Sony films has made the Silent Hill movie, will be making its sequel, and will be making the Metal Gear Solid movie. Still don't know if this is enough to keep MGS4 exclusive, but it might be.
