Ahh MGS. I remember I originally found out about this game by playing a demo of it from the bonus game disc off those Playstation magazines I used to buy. At first I had no idea wtf I was supposed to be doing so I was pretty much stuck in one area running around like an idiot lol (I even made Snake drown under water just for fun since I was getting bored XD). It wasn't until a few hours later I realised you were meant to crawl through under that metal wall or something at the very start to get the gameplay going lol.

I managed to borrow a full copy of the game off a friend of mine years ago and played it for days. The only sucky thing was that I didn't get to finish it fully since I only got up to Sniper Wolf's duel and defeated her before having to return the game. I also remembered taking up to 40 minutes to beat Liquid Snake's first battle where he was in some sort of jet fighter and Snake was on the roof. This may also sound silly but a lot of the music from the game had this eerie and spooky feel which I (at the time I must've been around 11 or 12 years old) felt kinda scared XD from just playing it, not to also mention having to shoot all those wolves when I had to meet up with that red-headed girl.

If I still had my PSX, I'd probably be renting the game and playing it over the holidays lol. I was also interested in MGS2 when I heard it was a sequel to the first game but up to this day I still haven't played it at all. I don't even know what the storyline is for MGS3 so I'm really outdated on MGS series.
