It's good that their government supports their local industry. Unlike our government... Hey did you know that a Filipino that H2O powered engine thing? Gah >.< Our government, at that time, was like "Hey we can't fund your research because we have other stuff to use money on...". And here we are stuck with high-priced oil/petroluem products.
