wel,..l
for all officers the collar device/ensigna is the same. just the name for the Navy/Coast guard (US) is different ^_^

you get ya o-5 not only for 'rine' but for navy too. and/or have it 'sewn' into uniform (silver thread (i think) cus thats what an o-5 is a silver oak leaf) for like coveralls' what what not. ^^
